Operating instructions for sysadminctl command

Is there somewhere operating instructions for the 'sysadminctl' command? I would like to know what does mean the delete options?

man sysadminctl
No manual entry for sysadminctl
sysadminctl --help
give me the syntax and options but without any explanations…
