Security Update 2018-003 10.13.6 won't install, running on:
Upon accepting RESTART or allowing enough time to pass to automatically RESTART, message appears saying that available updates have changed, putting me into an endless loop.
Please help if you can.

Yes! The update installed; however, the available updates says it is still pending. A duplicate of the update is under Recently Installed.
