my old phone is cracked and it wont turn on. I need to transfer my cntacts and everything over because im a teacher. ive tried to solve this mad mystery but nothing is working. can anyone help??? please

Where are you trying to transfer the data to? If another device, go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud, sign in with the same ID used on the old phone, and turn syncing on.
If you weren't syncing with iCloud, restore from a backup.

With iCloud you can do it
also you can use iTunes in computer and get a backup of your everything in your pc
