in-app purchased works, but restore

in-app works when you want buy,

but restore doesn't work. delegate methods not calling.

completely same code works for another my app.

What is the problem?

My new phone has been trying to load the apps for several hours from the previous phone I purchased a new phone. At the store they began the transfer from one phone to another. It was time for the store to close. The technician said that they programs would finish loading at home. Ebay app not compatible on my Mini Ipad2 Hi, I use my Mini Ipad2 to sell on ebay, a few days ago the app stopped working. I have restarted the ipad as new and still will not let me download that ebay app, just will say it is not compatible with this device. Ipad2 don't work anymore? I would be grateful for any help.
