How to change text color in Numbers

can't find a way to change the color of text in an existing spreadsheet.

Using Numbers v5.3

I understand the basics, but I have a question: How to I change the color of row and column headers?I know that I can simply select a row or column and apply a color from the Inspector. But that's not what I want to do. Click on your text, look to the right for the format tab and select Text.

Look at the line, where the text changes are listed: B, I, U. The color just to the right is the text color; normally black.

You can select a color from the color circle, slider, spectrum, etc.
