Dont know how to view or remove the notifications on Apple Id Suggestions.

When I tap it says "Verification Failed : There was a problem connecting to the servers." / Pls help..

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.
