we are calling re iPad Air ... for my 72 yr old husband who is non tech and does not need a lot of bells and whistle.. That model seems appropriate can you talk re this and how to order

If you are thinking about buying a used iPad (any flavor), better make sure that the seller properly prepares the iPad for sale or you won't be able to use it:

If the seller does not do all of this, you will be wasting your money. So, unless you know what they are supposed to do and can check to make sure that they did, I'd suggest only buying it directly from Apple.
