Errors with Colour Profiles

Hello. I am getting 4 errors in the Profile First Aid. One of them is the following: "Header message digest (MD5) is not correct. 

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Color/Profiles/VideoHD.icc" (see attached screenshot). I searched on google and found an answer that asks me to go to the path and change my security settings and give READ/WRITE permissions to admin. However, there is no folder "Profiles" under "Color" (see attached screenshot). Do these errors affect my colour profiles and how do I solve them?
