Screen time cannot be toggled on

In the family sharing, we have me (organizer), my husband (parent/guardian), my son (12) and my daughter (10). I am not able to toggle on the down time, content & privacy restrictions and add app limits only for my son’s screen time from both my iPhone and his iPad. However, no issues for my daughter. Any suggestions?

Setting up Screen Time for Family Sharing I have set up family sharing with my two children, when I look at Family Sharing (in Settings), the two children are there. Then there are the shared features to select from. When I go to Screen Time to set this up as part of Family Sharing, the Screen Time screen is simply blank, there is nothing to be seen. I have seen this feature on friends phone and they can set up limits for their children's screen time, but not me. I simply have no options available. Any ideas? I have powered off my phone and restarted, no change. I have not tried resetting my phone.

Family sharing > Screen time > monitored device activity My daughter's activity does not show in Screen time activity section of Family sharing, which is the primary reason I set it up. Does anyone know how to fix that? I tried stopping the Screen time for her phone and activating it again, but that didn't help.

On his phone, try turning the restrictions off, restart the phone, and then turn them back on.
