I am trying to get Siri to talk on my watch 3. Can you help?

Start by checking you have not accidentally set Silent mode (Swipe up for Control Center) because this seems to be the most frequent glitch. Then if necessary see Apple Support doc Use Siri on your Apple Watch - Apple Support for more suggestions.
