cannot unlock Apple watch
Can’t unlock my watch. Lost the “settings” line on watch as I must have done some bad thing.

The first thing to try is a forced reset on the watch. Press and hold both buttons about 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Then release the buttons and let the watch reboot. That will probably fix it, but post back if you have any problems.
