Nobody here can possibly know what is wrong with your iPhone camera. You haven given any information about what is going on.
Actually, if you took a photo of a burgundy colored fabric swatch, your Phone appears to be working fine.
How could we guess you problem from the picture you posted?

Not exactly sure but it looks like the lens may be shattered. Probably need to have it diagnosed at an Apple Store.
My crystal ball is not so inspired. It might be tired or on strike.
