didn’t mean to purchase

A window popped up stating that i could buy an extension within a game for 5.99. Seeing as i didn’t want that i tried to exit out of the game altogether by pressing the home button. What it did instead was activate my touch to pay id. When i noticed this happening i lifted my finger off the home button yet the transaction still approved. After that it would not let me access this transaction the day of to request a refund. Later, when i tried to report the issue it wouldn’t process my request. Wondering if anyone else had a similar problem or how to handle it?
