recently i dipped my iphone x in pool water.. there were some display issues as well as sim card issues.. but now my face id is not working as well as some touch issues.. is there any solution for this

We can't diagnose the extent of your liquid damage remotely.
Make an appointment at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your iphone inspected. They'll give you all the available options:

That's right. It's not waterproof. Liquid damage is not covered by the warranty. You've fried it.
Pay for an out of warranty replacement and don't do that again.
Water and electronics do not go together well.
