some (strangely not all) of my songs have extra time on them after export. Even though I set the song to end after last arranged piece, say a song is 3:30 in GB but after export it's 4:14 long. Why and more importantly - how to fix?

try this, turn on the Cycle Region button:
stretch the yellow bar to exactly encompass the length of the song you wish exported:
and finally check the Export Cycle Area tickyBox when exporting:

TRied and Strangely enough that didn't help.
Also, this issue only happened to two of all my songs?
Songs extra long when shared from Garageband to other (Soundcloud etc)
