Apple Watch strap size and case
does the apple watch strap size guide include the size of the watch itsef? e.g. strap guide says ‘fits wrists 130-180mm’ does that include the watch size itself?

may I suggest that if you have a local Apple Store near you, make a trip and try on the various watches with the actual bands, they have it all set up to do so. You will get a "TRUE" reading on what works best for you.
