My iPhone keeps saying it’s locked and wants me to reset password

My iPhone keeps telling me to reset my password I have done that multiple times and it keeps telling me I am locked out. It takes my passwords but then still keeps me locked out saying I have a timing issue. I need to do updates but it will not let me do anything

What is the exact message you're getting? What password does it want you to reset?

Then it says you Apple ID has been locked for security reasons
