i have iphone 7 plus 32 with apple car+ terminated in 18,July .2019 my screen is cracked i want to use
this apple car+ to fix my screen what can i do ?

Make an appointment at the genius bar. You will pay the deductible, they will replace the display (or the entire phone if the damage is more extensive, and you'll walk out the door with a working, unbroken phone.
If there's no Apple Store near you, then call AppleCare and arrange for mail in service.
turn around time for a mailed in phone may be 4 weeks or more
surprised there are no local third party shops who can replace broken screens
