Calendar synching

I have an iPhone 8+ and synch the calendar with an HP laptop. It was working well and then stopped. How can I get the two devices to synch again? I use iCloud.

Not too sure but have you checked that the iCloud account is fully functional.

Have a look at the subscription to see if it is still live or whether it needs a password update.

Are you able to log into iCloud online and see the calendars correctly.

sometimes logging out of iCloud and logging back in can clear it.

Do not have much experience with using iCloud on PC through Windows though.

Which Calendar app would you use there as I do not believe iCloud Calendar synching would work with Outlook as they works with Exchange and does not support calDAV to the best of my knowledge.
