This may sound a ridiculous question, but I can not find any reference to a case or pouch that will fit an ipod photo 4th gen 60gb anywhere on web.
Will certain ipod classic 5th or 6th gen cases fit this ipod?
Or any iphone or ipod touch cases fit?
Or any generic case on Amazon, ebay etc.
See Identify your iPod model - Apple Support. My recollection is that that all of the classic models have roughly the same width and height, but vary in thickness. I had a neoprene skin that I used with both a 5th and 6th gen. classic.

The ipod photo in question is as you say , the same height and width, but the depth is approx. twice as thick as my 5th gen 30gb classic.
I wounded if the larger 160gb 5th or 6th gen ipod might be of a similar thickness?
Ipod photo 4th gen 60gb dimensions are: H 104mm, W 62mm, D 20mm
Any thoughts?

Seems that is somewhat thicker than the fat 6th gen. models. Compare:
