Check to see if the App has been moved off the expected Home Screen - or to an unexpected App group/folder. You can use the Search feature (swipe down from the centre of any Home Screen) to confirm if the App is present.
You may also want to check your Restrictions settings (Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases) to ensure that Installing Apps and Deleting Apps are both set to Allow.
If not installed, open the App Store - search for the Apple App Store - then install as your would for any other App.
