Wireless Charge Pad Problem

The electricity in a home does not change. If the outlets work for other chargers, and for other devices, then the problem is with the wireless charger. One other possibility: have you recently added a protective case or changed to a different one? Some keep the phone too far away from the pad. I added a LoveHandle grip to the back of my case and now have to remove the phone from the case in order to use wireless charging. Try removing your phone from the case and placing it directly on the pad. Does it work then?

Glad to hear it. Yes, all phones need to be face up (back toward the pad) to be able to charge wirelessly.
