Dates in Contacts changing

I have checked the settings in Date Time Automatic is On and in settings/Contacts is OFF

in my contacts, birthdays and anniversaries are off by one day, sometimes more. No matter how many times I change it. After a couple seconds it changes to the wrong date. Is iCloud contacts maybe changing it to the wrong date?

Id hate to miss my daughters birthday by a day, I would be in the dog house for sure.
