Free Trial Glitch?

I’m trying the free trial and every time I try to play a song it starts and skips to next song, and repeats this until end of playlist. I have yet to enjoy this trial run because it’s not working properly. I’ve tried with WiFi on, I tried downloading to iCloud nothing is working. Please help.
