Apple iTunes and app disabled
i try to update my apps an it says my iTunes and app is
disabled. I have changed my password and reset my phone what else to do
iPhone XR

Hey there!
I'm assuming you have tried all of the suggestions at If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support?
If resetting your password hasn't worked for you, I'd suggest you Contact Apple Support and they should be able to unlock your account for you.
