Refund please

I bought a product for 3months and I was debitted 36.99 and I can’t log into the site. The administrative said I should contact Apple support to help refund back! I’m lost please help.

Try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
