Mac bots in Windows and not macOS Mojave

I just finished finished setting up my new Mac, including installing Bootcamp. When i turn it on, it. Ow boots in windows mode. The reboot in Mac. Jetton does not work. The only way i can boot in Mac mode is by holding down the option key. How can I make Mac the primary ?

It's been a long time since I used Boot Camp but check System Preferences > Startup Disk and the equivalent setting in Windows to see if macOS is checked.
