My itunes email is wrong

How can I change the Apple ID for my iTune and App Store accounts? My iCloud Apple ID is correct.

To change the primary email address on an account (you can't change it to an email address that is being used, or has recently been used, on an account) : Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
