Hi, I went to download Final Cut Pro X. But it said I could not do this as OS 10.13 is needed, and I only have 10.11.6, and due to my computer being older cannot update this. Is there any way to get an older version of Final Cut Pro?
You cannot buy an older version but if you have bought it and try to download when running El Capitan you will be offered to download the most recent version that is compatible with your OS.

Understand that when the trial expires you cannot purchase this old version of FCP on your current OS. As Luis said you can only purchase the current version.
I'm trying to just get a free trial temporarily to see how I go with it, but I have no option but to download the newest version and then it just says it's incompatible and gives me no option to run the most recent compatible version?
Final Cut Pro older version able to download? Or Final Cut Pro X available to download on OS previous to 10.13?
