I bought a smart battery case for my iPhone XS but I don’t like it as it makes the phone very bulky. I want to return my item but online it says ‘This item is not eligible for return’. What do I do?

Do you have an Apple Store near you? If yes return it there. If not call the Apple Online Store. It isn't more than 14 days since you bought it?
