Pretty upset at the fact that my Apple Music continued to charge me the individual rate when I had gotten accepted for the student rate since the end of last month. I have proof so I don’t know exactly what to do now?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities, it's great to have you here. If I understand your post correctly, you're being charged for an individual subscription instead of a student subscription.


Have you verified that you currently have an active student subscription? Check out the following article on how to view your subscriptions. View, change, or cancel your subscriptions


If you notice that you do have an active student subscription, you would want to Contact Apple Support for additional assistance.
