Settings - Cellular Data - missing Manage Account

I have an iPad Air and an iPad Mini 4 both running iOS 12.1.

Under Settings >> Cellular Data, the iPad Air no longer shows the "Manage Account" button. (See the attachment.) So I can't tell how much data I have left.

Is there a way to get that back?
