Hello, so everytime I reset my computer, it always goes into Windows, even when I’m on macOS. It’s because I accidentally set Windows as the startup disk. I want to be able to undo that so that when I switch to macOS, it will restart to macOS, and when I switch to Windows, it will switch to Windows like it did before I messed with the startup disk settings. How do I change the startup disk settings back to default?

If I do that, then it will always restart to macOS even when I’m on Windows. I want it to be like when I restart to macOS it will stay on macOS until I switch to Windows, and then it would stay on Windows until I switch back.
I know you have to press alt, but when I don’t press alt, it will always boot to windows, even when I’m on macOS. Same thing if I select macOS, it will always boot macOS. What I want to do is deselect the boot drive so it will always boot on the os it’s running unless I switch it.
Use Startup Disk for Windows. Then Windows is persistent.
For Temp change use OPTION boot:
Boot Using OPTION key
Open Startup Disk preferences, unlock, select the macOS volume, click Restart..., click Restart button. This change survives reboots.
