Thanks. I think I've tried everything of that link already. The message has no steps or more information to click on. The version of iTunes is the one bundled with Mac OS Mojave 10.14.2, iTunes 12.9.2.5, which I believe are the most up-to-date versions. There's no security blocking software, other than occasionally running a scan in Malwarebytes. It continues to happen after restarts. And it's not listed on the "look up the error code or alert message" link. So, anything I'm missing? I'd like to get rid of the recurring error messages.
