Deleting music
If I delete music from my iPad will it be deleted from all of my devices?

Generally, no. Removal of Music from your iPad should not affect other devices.
All music, playable in the iOS Music App - other than that purchased from the Apple Music Store and downloaded to the iDevice - must be transferred onto the iDevice from an external source using iTunes (PC or Mac). Music transferred to the iPad using iTunes is shared between the computer hosting iTunes and the specific device - nothing is synchronised via iCloud or other cloud service.
