Can’t restart MacBook Pro after installed new add drive

I installed a new ssd on my 2012 macbook pro. I then booted up, partioned in disk utility, and recovered my files from time machine whick took a couple of hours. Files were recovered 100% and Mac automatically re-started. But then it froze. I switched off and turned on after 20 minutes, but the same thing has happened again. The bar is full under apple image. What should I do?
