[Question] MacOS Partition Keeps Disappearing

I was using dualbooting with Windows for a couple months (500gb SSD split into two 250gb partitions) and suddenly MacOS disappeared from the drive selector (holding the option key during boot)

I had everything backed up so I just wiped it and reinstalled, then it was working fine for a couple days.

Then the same problem happened again, MacOS partition is gone. Reading as unused in EaseUS. Any tips would be appreciated.

I might end up using windows in Parallels if I'm unable to find a solution, although I am enjoying the added power from dualboot.

Showing as unformatted in Disk Utility.
