My ipad suddenly seems muted for alerts and games. We are on away, on another’s network. I have a side switch, checked it. I also have sound controls on my keyboard, also unmuted. When I go to settings, general, I find I do not have a side switch box to click on. What next please? This just happened yesterday, while away...

You have an iPad Pro so you do not have a side switch. Swipe down from the upper right corner of the iPad to get to the control center. Tap on the bell icon in order to unmute the sounds.

IT WORKED!! THANK YOU!! But yes, I do have a side mute switch on my Ipad, and one on my keyboard, but your suggestion did it!
