I have an iMac, iPad Air and a new iPhone 7 Plus. All the devices are synced together.

i can’t get the FaceTime on the iMac to work. It tells me to sign in with my Apple ID and my password.

when I do so, it tells me an error occurred and to try again. I’ve tried several times and I get the same message.

I need help getting FaceTime activated on my iMac.
