San Disk memory cards

Do I need a FAT32 driver to format my memory cards, 16 & 32GB? If so, can it be downloaded from Apple?

The Disk Utility supports formatting with HFS+, FAT32, or ExFAT. You don't need to download any drivers from Apple or anyone else to do so.
