If you can't find a purchase, or you see unexpected charges

That looks like a scam. Hope you didn't click the link in the email and try to log in. If you did, you just gave a scammer your ID and password.

If you check your Purchase History: See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support, it will reveal that this email you received is a Phishing email designed to steal your Apple ID credentials.
