Corsican flag

hello there

would it be possible to have a Corsican flag emoticon ? I guess same is popping up for Brittany or pays basque?

Apple does not define the emoji character set. That is under the control of the Unicode Consortium. Submit your request to them.

The country name is Balochistan you can search the flag in google because i cant seem to add the picture of the flag via my phone unfortunetly.
