ios screen time restriction bypass

I have searched this issue and have found nothing on it. My kids have iPads that I have set screen time restrictions. My kids have figured out that they can bypass the time restrictions on safari by going into Settings : Passwords and Accounts : Website & App Passwords. Then select an account that has an incorrect password. There is an option to change the password on the website. They can then browse the web even when screen time is over. For now I just setup a firewall rule in my Sonicwall to block internet access, but I hope Apple can resolve this. Has anyone else seen this?
