Logic Express or Pro for OS X 10.10.5

Several years ago (2012?), I discontinued using Logic Express for quite a while. In the meantime I upgraded to my current MacBook Pro. I recently tried to open some old Logic files and of course, the old version (last updated in 2008) required an old serial number that is long gone. Is there anyway to download a compatible version of Logic Express or Logic Pro onto my OS X 10.10.5 MacBook Pro?

Or is there another app that works as well?
