If you can't reset them yourself : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions
contact Support again, select the country where you are and which is therefore the country on your account (obviously they will only be able to reset them if they can confirm your id and that it's your account ) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
