You can’t. DMG files are for mac computers only. You’d need to see if that program has an app in the apple app store and install that.
That appears to be a program/application for a Mac and macOS.
A .dmg file usually is an indicator that that type of application is for a Mac only.
You cannot install outside applications on an iOS device and the application needs to be compatible with iOS.
iOS applications can ONLY be installed from the Apple iOS App Store.

You cannot do so. DMG files are Mac OS, not iOS compatible. Any and all supported iOS apps are found in, downloaded from and installed from the Apple App Store. If there is an iOS version of that software, it will be in the App Store. If not, you’ll need a Mac and OS X to run that software
