Can't re-install app after accidental offload

I forgot old Apple ID password and created new, suddenly offloaded app which holds data as i guess on old apple id

When i try re-installing this app, it asks old ones password

What can i do not to lose data?

You'll need the old ID password.

Enter your Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
