I have a $30 purchase for something I did not buy

A $39 purchase and a $9.99 is not accounted for I only paid for my apple music

If they don't show on the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you've got linked to the card : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

and if they aren't : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
