best password app

Looking for an easy to use password app that runs across my iOS and os devices. Because I probably have many hundreds out there, I am sure many are the same (created back in the day before security a real concern, unfortunately). Is there an easy way to ID these similar passwords &/or alter them. I do use keychain for sites I often visit, but there are so many I have in a numbers document
