Email problem

When I delete email on my iPhone they seem to come back the next day.

Your phone must be connected to either cellular data or Wi-Fi when you delete email so the mail server can be updated. Also make sure that the Mail app has cellular data enabled. If you delete mail when there is no connection the server will not know you deleted it and will reload it the next time you have a connection.

If you are sure that you do have an Internet connection to the mail server the next troubleshooting step is to restart your phone as described here-->Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

And if that doesn't fix it go to Settings/Passwords & Accounts, delete the email account(s), then restart the phone again and add them back.
